Let's Make Some Joy
MAKING JOY is a self-paced online course for anyone who deserves more sparkle in their life.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
But you can accept an invitation from joy to go on this trip with her and rekindle your relationship.
At 50, I feel the most alive and whole, ever.
I can’t make joy for you. But I can give you the tools that worked for me.
I share what works for me so that you can build your own joy-making toolkit.
(Re-)discover what brings you joy
Create joyful habits
Make your joy more important than other people’s opinions
Find joy even (and especially) in difficult times
Spread joy confetti all over the place
If your life looks great from the outside, but you have lost your internal spark, this course is for you.
Or you might never know how good of a party she can throw.
You will have unlimited access to the course until at least the end of 2023. So you can start and finish in your own time.
Let me ask you this, though: If you don't have time for joy now, wouldn't this be perfect timing?
First of all, it's impossible to fall behind in Joyland. You can do this in your own way and pace and won't miss anything. Generally, I would say between 10 minutes and one hour per day. There are some small daily rituals and you will certainly get the most out of the course if you integrate them into your schedule.
Yes. We will have discussions about each lesson on the course website, there is an (optional) private Facebook Group and I am available via email.
I am not a psychiatrist and this course is not a replacement for professional treatment. If you have been diagnosed with depression and are already receiving professional help, the course can be a fun addition.
